Suprisingly Good and Fewer Dishes to Wash

I’m not going to talk very much about this today, since I intend to have it again tonight.  I can regale you all about how remarkably yummy, quick and easy to clean up after this meal was tomorrow when I have a little more time to post.

I do want to note that the lentil-pea-garbonzo sprouts were phenomenal.  Marion took a great liking to the lentil sprouts, and begin to root around the dish looking for more, all while (gasp!) ignoring bread crumbs and cheese.  It was an all around surprise winner, because, lets face it, anything with beets and rutabaga in the same dish a little bit of a risk.

P.s. I ate straight from the skillet.  Only one fork and a pan to wash.  Score one for me!
