Meal Plan for the Week

Here is our set of planned meals and usage of slots for the week:

  • Tuesday: Fish Meal with Tomatoes (we have yet to figure this one out)
  • Wednesday:  Stuffed Peppers (stuffed with wheat berries, cheese, onions w/homemade salsa) and Salad
  • Thursday:  Baked Squash and Kale and Pear with Provencal Baby Bok Choy and Salad
  • Friday: CSA celebratory meal

Slots: (only two this week, since we went out to dinner on Sunday)

  • Slot 1: Organic olives
  • Slot 2: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

I also did some grocery shopping at Copley’s Farmers Market, and picked up yogurt, queso blanco, angelito (a creamy spread of strained and rennet-ified yogurt- cloud-like, cream cheese-like) and ricotta from Narragansett Creamery, cilantro from Atlas Farm, and apples, pears and fall raspberries from Stillmans Farm.  A pretty nice haul, if I must say myself. Much yummy food coming to us this week!
