Just to get the ball rolling this week on the blog, some meals we had this weekend:
Friday Night: Asian Stirfry with Tempeh, veggies, and spiced mixed grains with cilantro
Saturday Breakfast: Oatmeal with milk, fresh berries and maple syrup.
Saturday Lunch: Big salad with leftover stuffed zucchini on top and lots of feta, and creamy dill sauce for dressing.
Amazing ham steak from Stillmans farm
Saturday dinner: High tea; cooked ham steak, toast, cheese, cucumber dill salad, green beans, and chilled floral black tea- yum!
Sunday Breakfast: Three alum scrambled eggs (onion, garlic and scallion), toast and fresh blueberries.
