Whoops… almost forgot to post the meal plan

Just to keep you updated on our food challenge, what meals are to come in the week and and how the weekly slots are being filled etc. Here is our meal plan.

Meal Plan, same format as always.

Still having an easy time with only four slots for unprincipled food, here’s this week’s breakdown:

Slot 1: Organic rice

Slot 2: Goat cheese from Westfield Farm (local and small business)

Feta cheese  from Narragansett Creamery (local and small business)

Slot 3: Organic soy milk

Slot 4: Organic kalamata olives

We got all of our local principled produce and items from the Red Fire Farm CSA on Friday, and from Union Square Farmer’s Market on Saturday. We have meat from Stillman’s Meat CSA, and fish from Cape Ann’s Fresh Catch CSF.  The rest is grandfathered stuff in our pantry.
